Air Compliance Reporting Deadlines and Learning Opportunities

The Division of Compliance Assistance (DCA) and the Division for Air Quality (DAQ) are offering educational opportunities and guidance on annual and semi-annual air compliance reports, which are due on Jan. 30, 2014. Self-paced learning modules on Air Compliance Certification (ACC), Semi-Annual Monitoring Reports (SAMR) and Understanding Your Permit can be found on the DCA webpage.  These presentations, available anytime, take you through the requirements of the reports and how to complete the ACC and SAMR. The two divisions will also be hosting an Air Compliance Reporting Open House event on Jan. 7, 2014. This open house will allow attendees to talk to DCA and DAQ staff regarding permit reporting. Staff can help attendees complete forms, gain an understanding of calculations required for reporting and explain compliance conditions detailed in the facility’s permit. Attendees should review the ACC/SAMR self-paced learning modules available at, bring a copy of their permit and any records pertaining to air reporting. This event is free.
