Division for Air Quality Compliance Reporting Now Available Online!

A few weeks ago we told you about a new on-line submittal process for the Division for Air Quality’s (DAQ) compliance test protocols and reports.  We’re happy to announce that another reporting tool is now available electronically.

DAQ’s Field Operations Branch (DAQ FOB) now accepts many kinds of reports electronically. The DAQ FOB Compliance Report Submittals eForm accepts permit-required reports such as annual compliance certifications, semi-annual monitoring reports, etc. Please note that asbestos notifications and permit application correspondences are not accepted through this site.

The new Compliance Report Submittals eForm webpage along with Instructions for Submittals is located on the DAQ home page under the Online Services button at http://air.ky.gov/Pages/default.aspx.

We encourage facilities to submit documents through eForms instead of submitting hardcopies. A receipt will be displayed on the screen upon completion of submitting an eForm for proof of submission. An e-mail will also be sent to the facility once the document is placed into our record keeping database.

The Division for Air Quality works hard to provide the best services to the Commonwealth, and this new link is a small but significant change that will benefit both the environment and the regulated community.
