Area Source Boiler Rule Webinars – January 14 & 16

Do you have a non gas-fired boiler at your facility that burns biomass, oil or coal? If so, you may be subject to the Area Source Boiler Rule issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Join the Kentucky Pollution Prevention Center, the Kentucky Division for Air Quality and the Kentucky Division of Compliance Assistance for one, or both, of these webinars to find out how to stay in compliance and avoid fines.

Webinar 1 Jan. 14, 10–11 a.m. EST
The webinar will include the basics of the Boiler Area Source Rule – applicability, emission limit requirements and a question-and-answer session.

Webinar 2 – Jan. 16, 10–11 a.m. EST
The webinar will include tune-up requirements, energy assessment requirements and a question-and-answer session. Environmental consultants and facility managers responsible for boilers that burn biomass, oil or coal, such as schools, government buildings, hospitals, farms, correctional institutions, commercial businesses and coal-related industries, should attend this webinar.
