Ky. official says proposed EPA GHG rule will hurt economy

Kentucky’s assistant secretary for climate policy, John Lyons, was interviewed by CN2 reporter Ryan Alessi concerning the Energy and Environment Cabinet’s positions on proposed EPA greenhouse gas emission standards as they relate to coal-power generating plants across the nation. As Lyons tells Alessi, the EPA should not impose a “one-size-fits-all” approach when developing the emission standards.
