Free Grant Writing Workshops

Writing Environmental and Community Development Grants

Have you been tasked with writing grants, but don’t know where to start? Have you written grants previously but were not successful?

Join us for our FREE, one-day grant writing workshop, which will provide participants with a solid understanding of grant writing and tips and tricks that will help make proposals more attractive to funding agencies. This workshop will highlight community development and environmental grants. However, the information covered will be applicable to many other types of grants from federal government and foundation funding agencies. The last portion of the workshop will highlight the upcoming EPA Brownfield Grants that can help communities redevelop properties with environmental issues. If you have questions, contact Amanda LeFevre at amanda.lefevre@ky.gov. Check out the draft agenda. You must register to attend.
