Kentucky Water Quality Certification of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer’s Letter of Permission for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Available Online

The Kentucky Division of Water (KDOW) is publishing to public notice, in accordance with 401 KAR 9:010, the proposed water quality certification of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Letter of Permission (LOP) for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC). This regulation requires that the cabinet give public notice of a receipt of a complete application being set forth for certification. The LOP used by the U.S. Army Corps allows for qualifying projects to be excluded from individual public notice under the assumption that all projects by KYTC that meet the requirements of the LOP have been sufficiently public noticed.

The KDOW will be accepting comments until 12:00 AM on March 13, 2016. All comments must be received by that date and time. Comments may be submitted electronically or in written format.
