Announcement from Secretary Charles G. Snavely
I am pleased to announce the addition of Mr. John Mura to the leadership team of the Energy and Environment Cabinet (EEC). John’s appointment is effective March 1, 2016.
John will be serving as the Communications Director for EEC and, as such, will be directly responsible for all media coordination, written, and online publications for the Cabinet.
John is a consummate communications professional who served the Courier-Journal for fifteen years, most recently as Multimedia Manager and Senior Editor.
John is a past President of the Kentucky Press Association and has won many national awards in the Journalism profession, even as a two-time Pulitzer Prize finalist. A graduate of St. John’s University in Queens, New York, John and his family live in Louisville.
We are fortunate to have John working with us. Please join me in welcoming John to the Cabinet.
