The upcoming Air Permitting and Compliance Workshop, hosted by the Division of Compliance Assistance (DCA), aims to assist and educate regulated facilities so they understand and can comply with their environmental regulations. Speakers from DCA and the Division for Air Quality (DAQ) will be highlighting how to obtain an air quality permit and follow the requirements of the permit.
This one-day, interactive workshop will help those new to air permitting understand the basics and will clarify the application process, including how to calculate potential emissions. It will also assist facilities in understanding the requirements of their air permits, including record keeping and reporting. The audience will be made aware of the common violations and how to avoid a notice of violation. Attendees will also be informed of upcoming regulation changes. The full agenda is available online at https://dca.ticketleap.com/air-permitting/.
