Agenda:
1) Discussions and finalization of the revised draft “Straw Man” for the transition of O&G hearings under Chapter 13B to hearings conducted by the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH).
2) Open discussions of the matters conducted under the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission.
3) Public Comment Period: Written comments may be submitted by guests for consideration by the work group. Comments will be compiled and disseminated to work group members for their consideration prior to subsequent meetings.
