The Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet and Kentucky Transportation Cabinet are working together to develop Kentucky’s Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure Plan. To assess interest in hosting or siting an EV charging station, a brief, on-line survey is available to any interested business or organization. The voluntary survey provides an opportunity for interested entities to submit locations for consideration and help improve understanding of the level of interest for EV charging stations across the state.
Information gathered from the survey will be used only for the purposes of education and to inform stakeholders and decision makers about the level of interest in developing electric vehicle charging locations in Kentucky. When completing the survey, the term ‘accessible’ means the equipment is available to the public without restriction. A station that is not maintained or restricts access only to customers, tenants, employees, or other consumers is not considered publicly accessible.
